To call the video an animated sci-fi masterpiece epic would be an understatement. You’ll thrill at nobs being turned and switches being flipped. And so many unanswered questions…Did the guy they just saved get old while floating in space? Who are they fighting and why? Is that masked man part of the storyline? Does that spaceship really have a headlight? Really?

According to a spokesman for the band, the video was made by a fan. When pressed for more information the spokesman (via their Facebook page) would only add “A secret fan.” Check out the video after the jump…
