bs161_sygc_cover-300Bloodshot Records posted several updates this week on the condition of the members of Scotland Yard Gospel Choir as well as details on the extent of equipment damage that resulted from their van accident on September 24.   Last Sunday Elias Einhorn was released from Jasper County Hospital.  Mary Ralph and Mark Yoshizumi remain hospitalized.  In an update yesterday the label stated Yoshizumi underwent another successful surgery but is still listed in serious condition.

The rest of the band’s scheduled dates have been cancelled and their planned Halloween show at Subterranean will now be a benefit concert for the group.  Details on the benefit will be announced next week.
