Lollaplooza released their map of Grant Park today.

The Lolla 2009 set up is very similar to those of previous years save for a few minor changes. First off, there is now an north entrance to the festival at the intersection of Columbus Drive and Monroe Street. This is addition is pretty much a no-brainer after last year’s atrocious wait times at the main entrance at Columbus and Congress in front of Buckingham Fountain.

Perry’s DJ stage has been given a larger area including an “in-the-round” circular site around the stage, which is good news for all you ravers out there. Finally to end on an interesting note, what used to be the “AT&T Stage” on the south side of Grant Park has been renamed the “Chicago 2016 Stage.” I wonder who is forking over the dough for that sponsorship?
