Alternative rockers Local H will release the live DVD 68 Angry Minutes on Wednesday, Nov. 17 to commemorate the final night of its seven-night stand at Beat Kitchen last May.

The 68 Angry Minutes DVD contains a full performance of its most recent album 12 Angry Months from May 13, 2008, and features song-by-song commentary by frontman Scott Lucas and drummer Brian St. Clair.

Local H celebrated the release of 12 Angry Months last year by taking up residency at Chicago’s Beat Kitchen, playing each of its six albums in their entirety -- plus a night devoted to b-sides -- from May 8 to May 13, 2008. Now Local H fans will finally be able to own a piece of the band’s history.
