One of the brightest spots in Chicago’s summer concert series are the Downtown Sound shows at Pritzker Pavilion in Millennium Park. The Monday night concert series has featured a variety of acts including up-and-coming indie groups such as St. Vincent and the Dirty Projectors in 2009.
Yesterday, we posted news that She & Him are confirmed to play a Monday, June 7, date. Well, Chicago Sun-Times’ Jim DeRogatis posted the entire lineup to his blog yesterday afternoon. Highlights, aside from She & Him, include a reunited Hum, Caribou, Kid Sister and the Thermals. The complete lineup is after the jump.

This is great line up.
This is a great line up
You endorse your own comment. I love it.
Damn, why does She & Him have to be right around my due date! May be bringing a newborn with me!!
Looks like we forced DeRo into spilling the rest of the lineup? Anyway, I’m looking forward to the Thermals. Their singer wishes he was Stephen Malkmus.
Massive line up. The Besnard Lakes w/ The Ponys to open up the summer. The Thermals, Disappears, and the mighty HUM… excellent!
THE HUM CONCERT WAS SO GOOD, I WILL BE ATTENDING MOST LIKELY ALL OF THE SHOWS, BUT I AM NOT CERTAIN THEY WILL COMPARE TO THE LOUD GUITAR ASSAULT ON DOWNTOWN THAT HAPPENED TONIGHT. WHEN ASKED WHEN THEY WERE GOING TO PLAY A SHOW AGAIN, THEIR SINGER SAID “I NEVER REALLY KNOW”. THAT MEANS THEY WILL PLAY AGIAN!!! YES!!!
