Three reasons to see The Antlers at Subterranean tonight…
1. It takes a lot of skill to make an album about cancer really, really awesome, yet Hospice pulls it off. NPR’s “All Songs Considered” says this about the album: “One of the most beautiful and moving works I’ve heard in a long, long time. Just astonishing.” And you could see it live.
2. It’ll look a lot like this:
3. It’s only ten bucks, and you’ll be able to say in four years, “Yeah, I saw them back in the day, before they were big.” That pretentious, indie cred alone is worth ten bucks.

I wish I could make it to this show tonight but I have too much stuff to do. I’m actually thinking of reviewing their album next if no one else is it’s so good.
Yeah, I finally got the album about a week and a half ago, and I’m really, really into it. I actually can’t go to the show either – so if anyone DOES, there are at least a few people hanging around here that would love to hear about it.
I’ll be there. Anyone else going?
bingo at the clipper tonight for the girlfriend’s birthday. so, josh, it’s up to you to enlighten us
Class on Monday nights means no concerts on Monday night. Josh, if you went, care to write a review?
