1. His band not only features members of Godspeed You Black Emperor but god damned Guy Picciotto from god damed Fugazi!

2. He is prolific, underrated, has collaborated with everyone from Lambchop to Elf Power, a guy named Michael Stipe produced some of his earlier work and yet you’ve never heard of him or bothered to check him out despite reading tons of glowing reviews. And you call yourself a music fan? It’s still not too late to fix this.

3. Because digging around for some video I found yet another sweet locally produced public access show. Check out Vic on something called Corporate Country Sucks (and dig the hat):
