Chicago melodic indie rockers Pet Lions had their record release show for their new LP, Houses (read our review here), at Lincoln Hall last month. Their performance of the Houses track “To The Coast” was filmed for what the band are calling their “first official live video.” The footage is in beautiful HD and seeing Pet Lions bathed in multi-colored lights is really cool. But the audio is really where things come alive. The bouncy, palm tree-swaying rhythms and the thick, reverbed guitar lines of the tune are captured excellently.
