There’s probably many comparisons that can be made about Chicago quintet Gorilla Press, but Audiotree probably has the best one yet: “Pink Flody meets Nine Inch Nails.” The group’s set starts out light and brooding, but after a comical interview section in which the band offers up their favorite wrestlers, Gorilla Press ramp up the fury. So put your co-workers in a headlock* and clear 40 minutes from your schedule while these cats let those solos and fills fly. *Note: don’t actually put anyone in a headlock.
