It’s no secret that Chicago rockers A Lull are hard to pin down musically. There are a lot of tribal beats and and chanting mixed with guitars and double drum action present in the band’s songs. The music is simply larger than life. Because this of this, it is so amazing to watch A Lull pull it off in a live setting. Coach House Sounds tried to capture all that raw ambient power in its latest concert series featuring a number of songs from A Lull’s most recent album Confetti including “Mammals,” “Weapons for War” and “Some Love.” So if you have 17 minutes to spare, enjoy the sights and sounds.
