We’ve been a fan of Bully In The Hallway’s high energy indie-punk attack for a while. So, we were stoked to hear they’ve just released a new record, Crooks and their Castles.

While a full review of the LP will come later this month, we just had to share the track, “You Got Me,” which we’ve been really digging as of late.

“You Got Me” opens with some galloping drum work before vocalist Matt Simon enters with a franticly paced delivery. Then just when you think it’s moshing time, it shifts to a more pop-fueled alt-rock chorus that’s undeniably catchy before ending with a fun coda filled with bouncy riffage. Listen to the song after the jump.

And if that’s got you moving, which it certainly should, then waste no time and hit up The Empty Bottle tonight for the Crooks and their Castles release show that finds Bully in the Hallway opening for former Deadboy & the Elephantman Dax Riggs. Get’cha tickets right now at Ticketweb.com.
